What I have done is look at the EdS at the University of Georgia, University of Alabama, and UT Chattanooga. UT Chattanooga already has some of its courses online. If you'd like I'll provide the links and I have a few things printed out as well. In fact, I'll go ahead and past the UT Chattanooga one. If you go to their site and poke around, you can see what they have in the catalog and what they're offering this fall which includes some classes online.

Lots of questions...
Why did they hire 25 new professors (an increase of 166%)? Are all of them working on this project? Do the faculties of each department get along within themselves? Is the conflict primarily between professors in different departments?
Are we to take into account administering the technology systems, or just the design of the instructional programs?
Does "new, online EdS degree" mean that the online part is new, the offering of an EdS degree is new, or both?
Is the funding ongoing or must the program become self-supporting? Are there constraints on how much time and money can be spent on this proposal and on the project itself, if accepted?
